General Terms and Conditions of Sale

  Payment Terms
Our terms are net 30 to rated firms (subject to late payment charges of 1.5% per month).

If you are not a rated firm, but wish to establish 30 day credit, we will need:
one (1) bank reference with address and phone number and
three (3) trade references with addresses and phone numbers.
  Prices
Prices are effective March 15, 2010. All prices are subject to change without notice.
  State and Local Sales Tax
Any applicable sales tax will be added to the order, unless you furnish us with an exemption certificate.
  Transportation
All prices are F.O.B. Evansville, Indiana.
  Loss or Damage
The carrier is responsible for any losses or damages sustained in transit. Claims should be made promptly against the carrier. Be sure that any shortages or damage are noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt and initialed by the driver. We will gladly assist you in securing an adjustment.
  Returns
Returns on stocked items only within 30 days of original purchase and with written or oral permission.

Credit for authorized returns will be issued at original purchase price and applied according to how the purchase was made. If on account, the credit will be applied to the account. If on credit card, credit will be applied to same credit card. If original purchase was a cash purchase, allow up to 14 business days for issued check.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

An additional charge of 10% per month will be made on products having a limited shelf life.

Transportation charges will be for the account of the customer.
