Star Elasto-Bond HS Direct Fire |

For use with direct fire melters. Star Elasto-Bond Direct Fire is the Highest Spec. material.
Elasto-Bond H.S. is a specialty grade, premium quality crack and joint
sealant, which is specifically formulated for direct-fired kettles. It is heat stabilized
to withstand temperatures up to 450° F without experiencing degradation.
Conventional sealants must be melted in oil jacketed heating kettles which
have longer melting times and are more expensive than direct-fired kettles.
Elasto-Bond H.S. is relatively hard and has a high softening point, which
makes it well suited for parking lots, driveways, and concrete joints |

oil and sealant. It can also be used in bottom-fired kettles providing that is
equipped with a mechanical agitator system. Elasto-Bond P.L. is relatively
hard and has a high softening point, which makes it well suited for parking lots,
driveways, and concrete joints. |
